Matthew Cox

Mr. Cox joined Argus Self Storage Advisors in November 2021. He has extensive experience in the development, acquisition, and management of the self-storage asset. Prior to joining Argus, Mr. Cox assisted in the development of $200M+ of class A self-storage facilities across the Western US and provided the underwriting of 250+ more potential opportunities.

At Argus, he is responsible for the financial reporting, revenue management, and support of the Argus national brokerage network. Mr. Cox has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Certificate of Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed broker in the state of Colorado.
