Tom Flannigan is the Managing Director of Area Storage Advisors and the Argus Self Storage Advisors broker affiliate for Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Since 2012, Tom has specialized exclusively in the acquisition, disposition, and valuation of self storage properties across the Upper Midwest.

Over his career, Tom has advised on more than $500 million in self storage transactions, representing owners ranging from first-time sellers to institutional investors. He is known for his deep market insight, data-driven guidance, and longstanding relationships throughout the self storage industry.
