Dothan, AL – Self Storage, LLC, a Dothan, Alabama-based ownership group, has closed on the sale of a seven-property self-storage portfolio operating under the American Self Storage brand to Prestige Self Storage. The transaction closed on August 6, 2026. The acquisition marks Prestige Self Storage’s entry into the state of Alabama, giving the company a dominant footprint across the greater Dothan, Ozark and Enterprise MSA. The portfolio spans Dothan, Enterprise and Ozark, Alabama, and totals 2,192 units and 307,249 net rentable square feet. The properties were 95.8% occupied, on average, at the time of sale. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

- American Self Storage – Enterprise — 709 Boll Weevil Circle, Suite 1, Enterprise, AL — 226 units, 30,069 net rentable sq. ft., 99.56% occupied
