Jessie Gilton has more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and commercial real estate, with a focus on self-storage investments, sales, and leasing throughout New England. She represents owners, investors, land­lords, and tenants, bringing a client-first approach and a deep understanding of both operational and investment strat­egies.

Jessie transitioned into commercial real estate following a successful career in pharmaceutical and medical device sales, where she developed expertise in negotiation, market analysis, and relationship building. She has been active in real es­tate for more than a decade, working on residential and commercial property management, and specializing in self-stor­age brokerage and ownership.

As an owner of self-storage facilities in Massachusetts and Maine, Jessie offers unique insight into the operational chal­lenges and investment opportunities in the sector. She has completed feasibility studies, valuation proformas for acqui­sitions, and has helped clients identify and execute high-potential self-storage investments across New England.
