Ryan Haney

Ryan Haney began his real estate career in 2017 in residential sales before moving into commercial real estate with a focus on self-storage. He joined Coastal Storage Group in 2021 and specializes in the Florida and Georgia markets within the Argus Network. Ryan has closed a range of complex storage facility transactions, including value-add sites, lease-ups, and development opportunities.

Prior to real estate, Ryan served as a state law enforcement officer, bringing discipline, integrity, and a results-driven work ethic to every assignment.
