Nathan Gottlieb is a Storage Advisor with Area Storage Advisors and a Broker Associate with Argus Self Storage Advisors, serving owners and investors throughout Minnesota, Iowa, and the Dakotas. He graduated from Macalester College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, where he developed a strong foundation in market analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven decision making.

As a third-generation real estate professional, Nathan brings a deep understanding of the industry and a client-first mindset to every assignment.
