Derek Arnold is experienced in working on industrial real estate transactions since 2021. He specializes in the sales and acquisitions of self-storage properties. He also has experience in representing clients as a landlord, tenant, buyer, and seller rep in transportation-style properties as well as Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) assets.
Derek is licensed in Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri. When he is not working in real estate, he enjoys playing basketball and golf and hanging out with his sons Deacon & Dominic and his wife Mary.
