Joe began his journey in real estate as an investor himself. His roots are in multi-family investment properties where he remains active. His investment journey evolved to the acquisition of existing and development of new Self-Storage facilities. Through this hands-on experience, Joe provides a unique ability to work with clients on their own investment goals. He has taken part in millions of dollars’ worth of transactions.
Joe is Licensed in New Hampshire, a Member of the NH Real Estate Investors Association, and is a Board Member on the Commercial Investment Board of Realtors
