Mr. Vestal has been involved with commercial real estate for the last twenty years. He has been involved in the management, development, construction and brokerage of commercial real estate.
Mr. Vestal has obtained financing for several real estate projects and is familiar with conduit, bank and life insurance company loans. Additionally, he has been involved in over $1 Billion of Self Storage financing transactions.
In 2006, Mr. Vestal acquired an ownership interest in Argus Self Storage Advisors, the nation’s premier brokerage network for self-storage facilities, and has been actively involved with the management and growth of the company. In 2009, Mr. Vestal became President of Argus Self Storage Advisors and is responsible for the overall management and operation of the company. He has been involved in over $1 Billion in self-storage transactions and is frequently asked to share his specialized expertise at self-storage industry conventions and meetings.
Amy joined Argus Self Storage Advisors in 2002 and served as the company's Director of Marketing and Operations before becoming Executive Vice President in 2006. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado where she was a member of the Sigma Iota Epsilon honors fraternity and received Dean's List honors throughout her tenure.
Amy has experience in the advertising and marketing fields and has worked in various industries including commercial building, healthcare and business-to-business advertising. With over 20 years of experience in the self-storage industry, Amy has specialized expertise in marketing this unique property type. She is responsible for all of the marketing and operations functions of the Argus Network.
Mr. Carosella is a Vice President and Partner at Argus Self Storage Advisors, the nation’s only nationwide brokerage platform specializing exclusively in self-storage investment sales. Mr. Carosella joined Argus in November 2018 and is a key member of the firm’s Colorado brokerage team, where he has been directly involved in more than $725 million of closed self-storage transactions since joining the team.
In his current role, Mr. Carosella focuses on investment sales advisory, valuation, and transaction execution for self-storage owners across Colorado and nationally. He works closely with the Argus executive team and national brokerage network on business development initiatives, financial analysis, underwriting, and strategic advisory assignments.
Prior to his exclusive focus on brokerage, Mr. Carosella played a key leadership role within Argus Professional Storage Management (APSM), Argus’ third-party management vertical. He served as a business development lead and oversaw the firm’s budgeting and financial analysis team, helping scale the platform prior to APSM’s successful acquisition and merger with SmartStop Self Storage, a publicly traded self-storage REIT.
Mr. Carosella holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is an active member of the National Self Storage Association’s Young Leaders Group (YLG).
Mr. Cox joined Argus Self Storage Advisors in November 2021 and is currently the Director - Brokerage Operations. He has been instrumental in elevating the firm's financial and operational performance within the self-storage industry. With a robust background in development, acquisition, and brokerage, he has underwritten over 3,000 deals across the United States and now oversees financial reporting, revenue management, and underwriting for the national brokerage network at Argus.
Prior to joining Argus, he contributed to the development of over $300M in class A self-storage facilities across the Western U.S. An analytical thinker with expertise spanning brokerage, development, acquisition, and management, Mr. Cox brings a comprehensive perspective to every opportunity while continuously refining the underwriting process to drive operational excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed broker in Colorado, making him a trusted resource for clients seeking data-driven, strategically sound investment solutions that foster sustainable growth and success.
Alexanna joined Argus Self Storage Advisors in 2007 and serves the company as its Marketing Coordinator & Client Relationship Manager. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in News-Editorial Journalism from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Colorado.
Alexanna manages Argus' web presence and is also responsible for the production of marketing materials and competitive analysis for all Argus listings.
Annalise joined Argus Self Storage Advisors in 2018. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University in 2018. After graduation she worked at her family’s residential design company in Atlanta before moving to Denver, where she began her Marketing Assistant position at Argus. Annalise assists in the production of marketing materials and competitive analysis for all Argus listings.
