Argus Broker Affiliate Linda Cinelli, CCIM, of LC Realty, sold a 4.7 acre Development Site in Howell, NJ on March 31, 2016. The sellers had originally obtained the entitlements to develop 118,000 SF of self-storage on the site, but decided to move in a different direction and list the land for sale. The project offered significant upside for a buyer and was fully approved for self-storage with high visibility, good demographics and a high traffic count. The buyer, U-Haul, recognized the potential of the site and purchased the project.
