Larry Goldman, CCIM represented the seller in the transaction. Opening in 1979, A-AAA is one of the oldest facilities in the area and has been expanded several times over the years, with the most recent expansion taking place in 2017 which increased the unit count to 327 units. The buyer plans to upgrade operations and self-manage the facility.
