Stacy, MN – Area Storage Advisors, an affiliate of the Argus Self Storage Network, announced the sale of Rupp’s Indoor & Outdoor Storage, 5550 Sherman Oaks Road in Stacy, Minnesota. The transaction closed September 28, 2026. Built in 2022 on a 12.3-acre site directly off Interstate 35, the facility is visible to more than 53,000 vehicles per day. It has 214 units totaling 47,325 rentable square feet: 193 storage units and 21 RV, boat and vehicle parking spaces. It also comes with approved plans for additional storage, giving the new owner a ready-made path to growth without entitlement risk. The facility was acquired by a local and national self-storage operator.
