Beacon, IA A growing Iowa-based storage operator has acquired Osky Quality Storage, an 88-unit, 18,200 square foot drive-up self storage facility in Beacon, Iowa, just outside Oskaloosa, built with high-quality steel construction.

The buyer, a regional operator that has been steadily expanding its self storage footprint across Iowa, was drawn to the facility’s durable construction and strong in-place occupancy.

The transaction was brokered by Nathan Gottlieb, Tom Flannigan, and Alex Ihrke of Area Storage Advisors, affiliates of Argus Self Storage Advisors, who represented the seller in the sale and procured the buyer.

“Oskaloosa has a stable, diversified economy that continues to support consistent storage demand, and this facility’s occupancy with no advertising really speaks to that underlying need,” said Gottlieb, who represented the Seller. “We’re glad to see it land with an operator who’s already building a track record across Iowa.”
