With more than 18 years of real estate experience, he advises storage owners on all aspects of their facilities, including valuation, positioning assets for sale, and connecting sellers with qualified buyers through the Argus national network. Charles is a member of the Louisiana Self Storage Association, holds an MBA from the University of New Orleans, is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel, and is the Broker-Owner of Baker Cowan Realty based in the New Orleans area.
